Rediscovering Europe: 150 students in Faenza schools involved in the project

Local activities are taking place in Faenza in order to involve schools and students in the preparation of a real European Parliament simulation that will be scheduled in Schwäbisch-Gmünd in March 2020 as the last stage of the project Rediscovering Europe. It’s now time for schools and students to promote awareness of the European institutions and community policies, with particular reference to immigration and intercultural dialogue policies.

“More than 150 secondary school students in Faenza will be involved in the activities of preparation for the European Parliament simulation” – explains the Councilor for Education and Youth Policies of the Municipality of Faenza – “and will have the opportunity to deepen not only the issues European, but also the knowledge of the English language”. The preparatory activities, carried out by Dr. Benedetta Diamanti and Elisabetta Di Martino with the collaboration of the GFE – Faenza section (Young European Federalists), will in fact be carried out in English, in order to better prepare the our students to participate at the transnational meeting.
