
Byala is a municipality in Varna Province, located in the central part of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. It is named after its administrative centre – the town of Byala.
The municipality embraces a territory of 162 km2, with a population of around 3100 inhabitants. Byala Municipality provides all local administrative services and has a leading role of all educational, culture, social, sports activities and others.
In Byala there are 2 schools, primary and secondary school. There are 2 sports clubs and different NGOs dealing with sports and culture.
