The idea is fine, but we still havent decided if we leave open-enden questions.

We can write everything in the questionnaire but later we have to do the research.
I say we leave qualitative part of the research in the video interviews, there the respondents may expand on their opinions.
I will the survey stricly as quantitive type of research. It simplifies the whole thing.
