Below there’s a version of the questionnaire that we’ve prepared.
I’d say it is a comprosise one (one easy to analyse open question) 🙂

The main purpose of this study is to examine how the European Union is perceived nowadays by its citizens.
This study is part of a project in which seven EU countries are involved. Answering to this questions won’t take you a lot of time yet will be very helpful to us. All answers will be calculated all together. That’s why your anonymity is guaranteed.
