the communication via this plattform is a little bit complicated (notification about news just to central mail addressetc.). Because of that my suggestion is, to communicate the contents of the questionnaire via mail. If you agree my suggestion please mail me: sema.toykan@schwaebisch-gmuend.de and I can generate a list with all experts.
Other questions/ suggestions:
Beside that we need deadlines to be able to plan the next steps. –> SUGGESTION: In my opinion the questionnaire (english) should be finished in January 15th (considering all holidays and the days off), the rest of that week we can use for the translations and the final versions can be online from 21st of January.
Who generates the questionnaire, who do we mail the final version? How do we handle the different languages? Are there things to consider during preparation?
